The sai is an excellent karate training weapon with dulled points. It tests accuracy in striking and quick block-and-counter techniques. The weapon could also be thrown. Some disciples carry a sai in each hand, and a "spare" is often found attached at the belt.
Made of forged steel with a black or chrome finish, our octagon sai have an eight faceted blade/end. Leather wrapped handles provide excellent gripping and beautiful styling. Black sai has black, leather handguard. Chrome sai has brown, leather handguard.
Each octagon chrome sai weighs approximately 1.5 lbs. Martial artists agree, sais are one of the martial arts most beautiful weapons. The handle measures 4" and the blade measures 11-1/2". Select your preferred sai and add it to your cart.
